The Pike High School (PHS) Student Service and Community Project will expand the PHS infrastructure to gain space, safety, and access to a full-service facility with a designated area for Career and STEM Center pathway development and expansion. This will ensure student access to high-wage, high-demand CTE programs, while also providing the students and residents of Pike Township with enriched academic, extracurricular, and service opportunities. Through targeted programs and strategic partnerships, Pike will engage students in authentic and real-world experiences in career pathways to bridge the gap between education and post-secondary success.
MSD of Pike Township Superintendent, Dr. Larry Young, shared, “The Pike High School Community and Student Service Project is not a temporary initiative but a forward-thinking investment in student choice, community connectedness, and overall well-being to assist all stakeholders with success in reaching their respective goals. Thank you to Lilly Endowment Inc. for supporting this critical effort, which will have a transformative impact on our students and the broader community for generations to come.”
